I med Robbie Rockwell the same way I met Jameek. In a Uber! One night in Orlando, Florida, I grabbed an Uber, and Robbie Rockwell was my Uber driver. Robbie had a daytime job not too far from where I lived at one of the local hospitals, and upon exchanging contact info, we later met up for a workout at Cranes Roost Park and a podcast. I can tell Robbie will create what he wants to do for others through the medium of health and wellness, and it is only a matter of time.
