I met Avery Hart while working out of Whole Foods in Altamonte Springs, Florida. He and his friend both saw that I had the book Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink next to me, and we started a conversation between him and his friend James Villanueva. They both were super energetic and passionate about life, business, entrepreneurship, and discipline.
